Data Deletion

Data deletion in Aimarket is intended to remove relevant information from active systems or irreversibly anonymize it, where appropriate, after a valid request is verified. It is not merely a visual “hide” action.

You may submit a request through the form on this page or by e-mailing info@aimarket.az.

If you are an end user

If you contacted a business through Instagram Direct or another channel connected to Aimarket, please provide:

• a contact e-mail;
• the name of the business you contacted;
• your Instagram username or other relevant channel identifier;
• if helpful, the approximate date of the conversation.

Do not send us your password, access token or other secret login information.

We may request reasonable additional verification to protect another person’s data from an unauthorized deletion request.

If you are an Aimarket business customer

An authorized business administrator may request:

• disconnection of an Instagram integration;
• revocation and deletion of the related access token;
• deletion of a company workspace;
• deletion of a specific customer or conversation record.

When an integration is disconnected, the active integration token is removed from active use and deleted from secure token storage.

What happens after a request

1. The request is registered and assigned a reference ID.
2. Identity or authority is verified.
3. Relevant information is located.
4. Information is deleted from active systems or irreversibly anonymized where appropriate.
5. The requester is informed of the result.

After sufficient verification, we normally aim to complete a valid request within 30 days.

Information that may be deleted

Depending on the request, this may include:

• an Aimarket user account;
• company/workspace data;
• customer profile metadata;
• conversation and message content;
• attachments;
• knowledge-base content;
• prompts and business configuration;
• channel connection information;
• OAuth/access tokens;
• related personal information.

Information that may not be deleted immediately

Minimal information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security investigation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or mandatory accounting.

Protected backups may temporarily contain data already deleted from active systems until those backups expire through their normal rotation cycle.

Revoking Instagram access separately

An authorized administrator may use:

Channels / Integrations → Instagram → Disconnect

Access may also be revoked from the app and website permissions section of the relevant Instagram/Meta account.

Revoking access stops future access through that integration. If you also want previously stored data deleted, submit a separate deletion request.
