Aimarket AI Messaging Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of Aimarket AI Messaging. By using the service or connecting a business account, you confirm that you accept these Terms and are authorized to act for the relevant organization.
1. Service
Aimarket is a software platform for managing customer messages, human operators, channel integrations, business knowledge and optional AI-agent functionality.
Available features may depend on the product version, enabled integrations and third-party platform capabilities.
2. Account and authority
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, security of access credentials and roles assigned within your organization.
You may connect an Instagram, WhatsApp or other third-party account only if you are legally and organizationally authorized to manage that account.
3. Third-party platforms
Aimarket may use official APIs and authorization mechanisms provided by Instagram and other supported platforms.
You must also comply with the rules of those platforms.
API changes, revoked permissions, account restrictions or third-party outages may be outside Aimarket’s control.
Aimarket is not intended to circumvent platform rules, messaging windows, anti-spam controls or account restrictions.
4. Artificial intelligence
Where AI is enabled, responses may be generated automatically or proposed to a human operator through Copilot.
AI output is not guaranteed to be correct, complete or appropriate in every context. The business is responsible for verifying critical information, including pricing, availability, returns, service conditions and other material customer information.
Human oversight should be maintained for sensitive or high-impact processes.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Aimarket for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, unauthorized account access, bypassing third-party platform restrictions, distributing malicious code, infringing third-party rights, or intentionally misleading customers.
6. Business content and customer data
The business retains its rights in the knowledge, prompts, documents and other content it submits to Aimarket, subject to third-party rights.
The business is responsible for ensuring it has an appropriate basis to process customer data through the service.
Ormus processes that information as necessary to provide, secure and support the agreed functionality.
7. Accuracy of information
Aimarket relies on information supplied by connected sources and by the business.
Outdated, incomplete or incorrect source information may lead to an incorrect result. Dynamic information such as inventory and pricing should be used with appropriate freshness checks.
8. Account security
The user and business are responsible for protecting account credentials and internal access permissions.
Suspected unauthorized activity should be reported to info@aimarket.az.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, security updates, infrastructure incidents, or changes and outages in third-party APIs.
10. Product changes and experimental features
Aimarket is an evolving product. Features may be introduced, changed or discontinued.
Beta, test or experimental features may be identified separately and may not provide the same stability as generally available features.
11. Fees
Where paid plans apply, pricing, billing periods, limits and additional conditions may be defined in an order, commercial offer or separate agreement.
Changes in the pricing of third-party platforms or AI providers may affect certain service costs.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended in cases of serious violation of these Terms, security risk, suspected unauthorized access, spam or platform abuse, legal requirement, or where necessary to protect the service and its users.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide information about the issue and a path to remediation.
13. Intellectual property
Aimarket software, code, design system, product architecture, brands and Ormus-created materials are protected by applicable law.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Aimarket technology to the user.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party platform outages, or losses caused by incorrect customer configuration may be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
We will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If resolution is not possible, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court under applicable law.
